Of course, you can go with the hardwire lighting option, where you are required to drill in holes where the new lighting sockets are to be placed, feed then proper electrical wiring through the wall into each new socket, and attach the wiring to the proper outlet. This takes a considerable amount of time, plus it is always good to have some sort of experience with the lighting equipment and wiring, as you don't want to electrocute yourself. If you don't have experience, you can always go with a professional, but this costs a considerable amount of money, which is exactly what you don't want to do. Installing the lighting equipment is rather straight forward. Simply mark off where you want to install the light, turn the light on by pressing the "On" button, then drill two screws through the screw holes on the light in order to attach the light to the wall.
